My husband and I recently sold our home of over 20 years. When we first met with Chris Adams we were surprised and scared of the process and what he explained in detail of what to expect. Between staging our home and entering a very tight buying market we were probably more anxious and hesitant than most. We knew we had to just jump in and trust Chris and the process. We were nervous to sell quickly and not have an accepted bid on a new home in time. Chris advised us we had a couple of options, maybe a 45 day closing date or possibly ask for a rent back for a month or two from our buyers. Our home sold in 2 days for 20 thousand more than listing and the home only had a 1 car garage.I believe all the staging and advise he had given us on selling was the sole reason we got that much money for it. It was so much work but absolutely paid off just like he told us it would! Literally everything he told us would happen, did, there were no real surprises and when a few unexpected repairs were needed for our inspection he was very wise in advising us what we should and shouldn't have to repair. There was never a day or time I couldn't get ahold of him, he was prompt and professional. He did arrange for a rent back agreement with the buyers of our home and we were able to find a home in time.
